Who are your officials?
Officials are often a source of concern among coaches, players and sports fans. No matter who we get to be officials, there will always be some complaining. We can promise you that we will not have the “backward hat official,” the official who is eating chicken wings as he is walking up the court, or the lazy one who doesn’t move more than 10 feet the whole game. Not all officials are created equal, but we work very hard on partnering, mentoring and training officials to help them improve.
